A little bit about me
I grew up in the Netherlands and having graduated from the University of Lincoln (UK) I moved to New Zealand for a year. I have been fortunate to see, experience and observe different cultures and people. This has shaped how I approach my life and the way I work.
My passion is in evidence-based service design, and being dyslexic, it’s hugely important to me to make anything I work on accessible and inclusive.
I pride myself in actively understanding the customer audience by using a variety of research methods, and always keeping them at the heart of any design decision I make to ensure their needs are met.
Being part of a driven team is how great things happen. I have been privileged to have been part of many teams like this in work as well as in field hockey teams I have played in across the world.
